Form a sister school partnership for Nagasaki Nanzan Junior and Senior High School with St. Stanislaus College in Bathurst, NSW, Australia. Establish the Study Abroad Program at Hokuriku Gakuin and place 26 students into private schools in the East Coast, U.S., and 6 students into private schools in Australia |

| 2003 | Invite the Dean of Admission from Wyoming Seminary to conduct a lecture on studying in the United States as study abroad students. Accept a group from St. Johnsbury Academy (sponsored by the Freeman Foundation) and conduct the "Student Peace Summit" with Japanese high school students |
